Armstrong RM Corporation is proud to announce that we will be acquiring the assets of Ultracast, LLC, of Enfield, CT, from Sanders Industries on or about April 15th, 2013.
We will be working very closely with Ultracast to efficiently and expertly support their existing low volume and prototype customers as we welcome them into our family. We will also be working with them to smoothly transition operations of Ultracast's business without impacting their current customer base. Because of our expansive 100,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility and highly skilled management, sales and production teams, we know that we will be able to help both our customers and Ultracast's customers with ease.
Ultracast has provided rapid prototyping and low volume plaster mold casting production since 1984. They are a division of the world-wide specialty manufacturing company Sanders Industries. The acquisition of Ultracast¹s assets will bring a whole new facet of capabilities, know how and process enhancements, to Armstrong RM Corporation.
We would like to thank our customers for their patience as we complete this transition. Our family at Armstrong RM will continue to communicate with you to make this transition as easy as possible. We will be working with Ultracast to continue providing prompt deliveries, service, and support during this changeover, both for our customers and for Ultracast's customers as well.
