Armstrong RM Corporation will be acquiring the assets of Ultracast, LLC, of Enfield CT, from Sanders Industries on or about April 15th, 2013. We will be working very closely with Ultracast during this transition to support their existing low volume and prototype customers.

Ultracast has been providing rapid prototyping and low-volume production aluminum castings for OEM’s in the medical, aviation, aerospace, electronic, military, and automotive industries since 1984.

The acquisition of Ultracast will mean a whole new range of capabilities, capacity and process enhancements for Armstrong that will greatly benefit our customers.
